Which hero gets the hottest chics?

Didn't the Hal/Dinah/Blackhawk end up being something like, Hal claimed it in Cry For Justice, then BoP revealed the truth- namely, that he got really drunk, passed out, and ended up with the wrong impression when he woke up? 🙂
