But Cyclops' beams only shoot out of his eyes, the radar sense doesn't use eyes, this idea would only work if Daredevil's body was covered with eyeballs.

I guess... What I mean is cyclops is a great tactician known for his ricochets. If he had a 360 field he could pull off even more amazing shots... Yes I understand the physical limitation but his sense of perception of the field and enemy would be increased.

Xavier + Flash: Hot-wheels, because he moves so fast in his wheelchair.

Black Panther + Manchester Black: Black Black, the Black superhero with psychic powers.

There are a lot of people you could combine to make this amalgam:

Wonder Rogue- With her magic lasso, she steals the powers of others and uses them herself.
