A: which earth has more top tiers?
B: which earth has the most powerful top tiers?
C: which earth would you feel safest on?

DC has the most top tiers.
Marvel has the most powerful top tiers.
Too much happens in DC so I would feel safe in Marvel.

A: Flying bricks goes to DC, top tiers in general power level however is the same imho (Marvel is more about mental powers, weird mutant powrs and whatnot).

Wait what? In the last three years DC has had two real Crisis type events while Marvel has had something like five or six excluding space only events.

The last Earth treating event was Chaos War. Everything else was damned near street level. Siege was local.

Reasoning for two is that reality manips seem to be a dime a dozen on Marvel.
