Fight takes place in an arena. Both characters bring their hammers and wear them on their belts, but neither uses them. They have all the standard powers they'd both have without using the hammer.

(in other words, Bill's not tossing his hammer away and converting to cyborg Bill. He still looks like Thor)

In the few scuffles they've had, Bill has always seemed like the more physically superior of the two, imo.
