assuming that warehouse has a crap ton of shadows (I've only seen Mr. and Mrs. Smith once and it's been quite a while), I'll give this to Raizo.

Wesker is a joke.. Raizo is too fast him, IMO

Er, are you sure you watched the right movie?

Raizo moves with blurring speeds, Wesker moves with teleporting speeds, also shows he can dodge bullets. Raizo is far more skilled though thats why I think it is a good fight.

To be fair, that was because he kept pausing to pull out his monster game face.

Raizo didn't move at that speed until he was in "Rage-because-(he thinks)-chick-is-dead" mode, but at that mode, he could easily decapitate Wesker
