Annoyed: Nothing
Angry: My phone is eligible for an upgrade. I received an email from Verizon this morning telling me this, along with a list of phones I might want to upgrade to. One of the phones was listed as FREE after an online order and getting a renewed 2 year contract. Awesome! Or so I thought. The website then tells me this same phone is $49.99 and that's the lowest it goes. Verizon representatives tell me I can get the phone for Free since my email told me as much...but the promo code doesn't work and the phone won't go any lower than $49.99 and they tell me there is nothing more they can do. 4 hours on the phone with these people telling me I can get the phone for free only for them to then tell me I pay $50 or I don't get the phone. **** Verizon!

Angry Seems to be a bad emotion to have, a control issue, if I don't get my way or if someone does not meet your expectations and says or does something I don't like, I will flip my wig.
Rarely a good thing, connotes more of an ego thing. Ok to be frustrated when things don't work out, everyone knows snafus happen.
