The X-Men definitely win the range game, but I feel like with members like Gypsy and Atom who could avoid ranged combat altogether, and with the only true telepath on their side, the League can quickly turn this into a close combat match. Which they would dominate.

Warren is pretty dangerous, does he still shoot poison tipped wings?

That's what I thought, I'm not quite familiar with Havok. However, I can safely say that the other X-men aren't resistant when it comes to mental attacks.

This thread was made pre-reboot, therefore I am assuming its pre-reboot JLA.

Could Animal Man take on mutant powers if he came into contact with them?

Red Tornado at his best could take on that X-men team solo.

Everyone but Havok gets taken out in the first minute or two. Then he dies, though not before taking a few with him.
