SNH Ryu vs Psycho Ryu

I'd like to know who's more powerful between SNH Ryu classic and Psycho Ryu from alpha serie?

I think SnH Ryu.

Basically they're both "Ryu in a berserk state", but SNH Ryu has access to... well, the power of the Satsui no Hado.

Also, since Psycho Ryu is in a brainwashed state, I think that hurts with things like combat inuition, improvisation during fight, etc.
