And his cosmic senses allow him to perceive a person and they're abilities so we can be 100% sure he will be the first prepped to take down zoom.
Her he manipulates dr Spectrums energy. An unknown and foreign power and feeds it back into him, don't see why he couldn't manipulate zoom's/superman energy
