Violet has all weapons she was shown using. Wesker has his dual Desert Eagles with unlimited ammo (as a balance against violets stacked weaponry). Fight takes place in the penthouse from Kick-Ass.

Violet easily dodges Weskers bullets until empty. When Wesker goes in for H2H she kills him.....quite easily.

Wesker's phasing ability means nothing and she will adapt quickly.

So ****en weak this Wesker is compared to his Game version.
