Don't know much about Solar, but who wins?

Who wins? Not Legion.

Legion *might* be able to win if he were combating noob-Solar - ie. Solar before he learned any degree of control over his powers.

Aside from that, Solar dominates.

Great comic if you like insane feats of power. I loved him. It turned out that he was the one who created the valiant universe and the acclaim universe, including all the heroes and villains. He's got a new series out now. I'd like to check it out. I don't know anyone who can beat the guy honestly.

Solar is uber but there are characters who can beat him

Depending on what version. The 90's version was insane. The newer version I know nothing about.

Even the strongest version of Solar could still be beaten by the likes of the Living Tribunal
