Ultron wins this 10/10. There is nothing the Hulk can really do to Ultron. Also Ultron has been able to hurt the Hulk before with his weaponary, and may be able to do it again.

The 1984 Ultron put Hulk into a walking Cast throuout the the Secret Wars series. Ultron has also evolved and is no joke. He has beaten all the Avengers and can beat the Hulk.

Ultron doesn't need to fight the way he fought against Hulk, that was a tampered Ultron, not the evil powerful genius killer robot we all know and love.

Heck, tampered Ultrons have lost to freaking Daredevil.
