PS won't work. Strange has an equally powerful PS that works exacty the same i.e Third EOA and it was useless. DOOM doesn't think he's wrong, either.

Oh, the writer of the comic where strange was ko'd by the stare was asked why it worked on doc then but was barely a bother to him in the past. The guy said because strange was using black magic at the time.

blah. I looked back and the reason strange's PS didn't work was it was a doom bot. sorry. But it did short circut the bot and nearly k.o'd the real doom who was controling the bot.

Ghost Rider for the easy win. Doctor Doom skinned his ex-gf to gain power through black magic, even he knew he was wrong after Richards proved yet again to be his superior.
