For what it's worth, Dormammu also admitted that Loki's evil power nearly rivaled his own and at one point Mephisto said only Loki's villainy nearly equaled his own.

Was it an extinction level event or actually a planet destroying blast? It's been too long for me to remember accurately. Did he ever make any comments regarding Qabiri destroying the Earth? That might give us some idea. Nate should be capable of moon busting power.

It should be noted that Norrin was weakened due to being inside the barrier. Loki however was more than likely toying with him. I also included the Trickster easily breaking through Galactus' barrier. Something worth mentioning as I recall.

I didn't say Loki was immune to Nate's mental powers, that would be baseless. My statement was clear. I'm more inclined to believe Loki resisting a mental attack in comparison to Nate resisting a magical based attack. Loki has entered/read/wiped/altered the minds of mortals, Asgardians and even the Super Skrull at one point. He has projected his consciousness across light years and so on. At one point, an Astral form of himself was kicking Doctor Strange's ass, albeit prior to inheriting the Sorceror's Supreme title. Loki also amped the mental powers of Sandu who he pointed out was still inferior to himself. He hasn't shown much in the way of raw power himself but I think there's enough evidence to at least gives an estimation as to what level he's playing at.
Didn't Amora punk Charles when he tried to enter her mind during Secret Wars? Just curious.
