Sure, the Power Gem is an infinite well of power, and I've never seen a character with the gem get knocked out or beaten down. Thor certainly didn't seem to tire...
But, unless there's evidence that the gem also gives someone Juggernaut like durability, Cap should be capable of tearing Thor limb from limb, and just outright destroying his body..

If Punisher had the gem, would you argue he can't be torn in half by Hulk?
