Tornados like this and the flooding of the Mississippi make one wonder why anybody would want to live in the Midwest.

I have a very good friend who has family there. He was worried sick that they might have been injured or killed but, thankfully, everyone was okay with little damage to their homes.

Mind you if they´d build houses with foundations, and big bricks instead of wooden planks, the houses might last longer.
