Highest pay grade villians

What villains are always a big deal when they come to town?

Tier 1 - Oh ****. We are so screwed.

Tier 2 - This could be trouble. Time to get serious.

Tier 3 - I would use a workout

Tier 4 - Leave it to the cops

Tier 5 - Send the butler. Im busy on X-box
- Stilt man
- Cat man (classic)
- Dr. Light (lobotomized)

1 Galactus, Thanos, Doom in that order
2 Joker, Osborn, Ock
3 Absorbing Man, Wrecker, Rhino, Shoker
4 Cant think of anyone that pathetic other those you've already mentioned. Also didnt light become a serious threat?

Concidering the recent events you're not being fair to Ock. The guy is an Avenger-level threat these days.

I'm not necessarily categorizing it by general threat level, I'm categorizing it by how they're generally viewed/treated by their main foes. Hence why Carnage is in Tier 1 (for Spidey) even though for anyone above Meta he'd be a distraction/pest for the most part.

What happened with Ock?

I dont know. I think Shocker might be a tier 4

Ah I see. Well, in the past few months he almost destroyed the city twice, f@#ked Pym, made Tony Stark his b1tch and is currently cooking something huge.
