Aspiring Russian Supervillain threatens world with Weather Weapon

Crazy Russian Neo-Nazi clown and duma member has threatened to use a secret weather weapon to destroy any nation opposing Russia's entry into the WTO (the world's most evil organization) with tsunamis. I'm assuming this comes on the heels of the failure of his eight robots, hired super powered mercenaries, and nuclear firing tanks. Also, he probably has photon torpedoes.

It seriously wouldn´t suprise me if there were "weather weapons" of some sort, even those which can cause earthquakes. The HAARP facitlity in the USA has often been used as an example. When you think how long the stealth jets and other techology was about before it came out it makes you think.

And his comment about Japan and the "Island" is about the one which is disputed, maybe they attacked Japan with a tsunami because of it.
