Surfer was facing Odin and then Thor cowardly attacked the Surfer. Then Odin it seems does the same thing but Surfer is manning up just like I said he would. Whereas before Odin oneshotted this team he isn't despite Thor cheapshotting him as well.

Thanos blasted Thor while he was battling other enemies and looking at the angle, I doubt he attacked from a position that would be in range of Thor's eye sight. Most likely he was behind the Odinson.
Thor was no more of a caitiff than Thanos. The cheap cowardly bastard does another cheap shot in the very same issue:

Lol @ people making excuses for Norrin. The guy invaded Asgard and threatened Odin, Thor's leige and father. If it was a bad guy, no one would any eyebrows or complain. And it's not like Thor hasn't stepped up on Odin's behalf - even when Odin doesn't need it - before. His entire history shows that even when Odin is the All-Douche of Asgard and Thor's pissy at him, if you mess with his dad/king, Thor will defend him. Fraction got that right at least with Thor.

You can try to distort as many scans as you want but Thor throwing his hammer as hard as he can at Norrin's back when he's facing Odin is as dirty as cowardly as you can get.
Thanos later restored Surfer's life to him and that wasn't a cheapshot as he's clearly right in front of him. This is just getting pathetic.
Thor and Odin vs. the Surfer is cowardly but hey Thor learned everything from the old man so it makes perfect sense.
