It has that ironic twist on ROTJ.
However, TPM's title was 'The Beginning' for all the way through production, right up until about six months before release, so...
(Which is why the second unit director, upon finsihing the last scene of the film on the TPM DVD, says "That's the end... the end of The Beginning..."😉
And as TFN point out, they registered domains for titles people had been guessing at for AOTC as well, and never used either name or title (certainly no-one ever guessed Attack of the Clones!). It is possibly a move to stop people reigstering such domains themselves.
Episode III Title Rumors
Called Register.com this evening. Asked the nice person (I'll keep his or her identity secret in case they can get in trouble) if revengeofthesith.net was registered. I added I was on the road and couldn't look up myself.
The person said that it was. I said I was interested in purchasing the domain. The person said s/he would find out. "Actually, we own the domain," the person said.
On further inquiry about possibly purchasing the domain, s/he said s/he would inquire a bit more, since they were the one's who registered it.
The person then explained that the domain was a corporate client domain, and that corporate client had it registered/on hold through June 2004.
The name of that corporation, s/he said:
"LUCASFILM LTD."
Could it be "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith"?
