GL Mon El vs. Cap Marvel (Billy)

Who Wins?

Mon El 7/10

i'd say mon-el

Mon-el

Under normal cicumstances they are pretty evenly matched.. no not evenly, I think that Mon-El is almost on the Level of CM or Superman. The Ring however should give him the edge he needs to beat CM for a majority. 6-7/10
