Yeah Strange has some good h2h feats, Wong trained him. IIRC Doc has Beatn a Demon posessed Wolverine and Stalemated IronFist/Black Panther just to name a few

He did not defeat a demon possessed wolverine to my knowledge all he manage to do was stay a live for a few moments.

Using WW as a metaphor isn't really valid as she's proven ample times that she's an incredibly skilled martial artists. Her physical powerset enables her to use it fairly often. Much more so than Dr. Strange.

im fairly certain that at some pt she sparred with Lady shiva...and she's shown a large number of times to be rather good at martial arts. matching batman hand to hand isn't out of the question. but cass is on another level than batman. I don't know stranges ma skills all that well but they'd better be damn impressive to face up to cass.
