Zoom has nothing on Surfer. Surfer can himself travel in time, and see in distant past and future. When Surfer put his hands on Zoom, which will happen, he tears Zoom.
The only question is: will that happen before Hulk obliterate Rulk's face? I don't think so. After Hulk finish Rulk, he can go help Orion to beat Adam, and Adam isn't beating both of them.
