Actually, Ward is of no use to me at all here, so I don't know why I said that...

I'm going to guess his limit is probably 60, so Rianna will swiftly swap her lightsaber to her left hand and punch him in the face.

You can disable someone without killing them with a Combat roll, sure!

Swap PS for DW, so I'll have some defense on the off chance I don't take him out or he attacks first.

You suddenly snap your hand into the Rocketeer's chest in a blow to try finishing him off. But he tapped Duck anticipating a killer lightsaber blow, so he slips to one side and the blow connects wrong.

He also taps Assault in an effort to throw you off, gaining five successes for 6 damage. He strikes you across the face, sending you staggering.

Swap RI for MA, and tap DW, as Rianna lashes out at him again.

Evens! Rianna lands a blow for 5 damage on the Rocketeer, this time making sure that her punch connects with his abdomen. He's still standing...

Good decision tapping Dodge & Weave, on your part. The Rocketeer hooks his hands over a pipe and throws both feet your way in a tremendous kick. Tapping Martial Artist and Flying Attack deals you 5 damage after the Armor reduction. This will be close...

Swap OGu for Duck, and tap that and MA as Rianna makes what will likely be her last attack on him, either way.

"Don't let him get away!" she shouts at the Wing Guards as she aims a vicious kick at his stomach.

Something in his stomach gives when you plant that kick. He buckles, clutching at his gut, and slumps against the wall behind him, hanging off of a few pipes in an attempt to support himself. You breath heavily for a moment, then relax. Your opponent is subdued!

The Wing Guard keep their guns trained on the Rocketeer and advance.

(His limit was 70, with a Strength of 5.)

"Restrain him and take him into custody," Rianna says to the Guards, taking a moment to relax before pulling out her comlink.

"I've got our friend here, alive and ready to be arrested," she says, sending a message to Zalt.

"That's great news," Zaltus says. "I've been committing far too much manpower to that operation anyway. Maybe we can bring an end to this..."

Something is wrong, Rianna. You find your eyes being drawn to one of the Wing Guard's blasters.

Why did I know this was going to happen...

What's attracted her attention about the blaster? Does it look familiar to her?

"I think you should get here as quickly as you can..." Rianna says. She'll swap her lightsaber back to her right hand, keeping a close eye on the Guard whose blaster caught her attention.

"Set your blaster down," she says. Danger sense?

It is a standard issue gun, so you've seen it on the other Guards.

You do not sense danger, but you sense the Guard start to panic a little when you address him about the gun. He hesitantly lowers it.

Rianna will keep her lightsaber angled away from her, but still out, just in case.

"There's no need to panic, no one's going to harm you," she says, keeping an eye on him.

What's the other guard doing?

The other guard is acting the same way. Neither is putting their blaster away.

"I said, put them down, now..." Rianna states. Does she still feel that something's wrong?

Yes.

It will be a social roll to get them to back down from whatever is going on.
