Who has sonic blasters

First she buys some time with cleverly placed explosives, but not much time.

Then she figures out how to temporarily nullify the blasters with sound of her own, and that's when fun time starts! (Yes, she is still quipping even though neither of them can hear and she's in hand to hand with someone in power armor ^^)

Beating on Prudence that easily is a good feat Tim held the League trio in high regards and iirc he had his hands full fighting tgen

Right before being promoted to Batgirl by Cass, The two show good teamwork together, and Stephanie's gotten to the point where she's able to hold her own as a partner.
