Hell for someone who was originally Solomon Grundy with a sword Frank is portrayed pretty uber. He fought ALE-Wonder Woman on apparently even terms in Final Crisis.
Taskmaster I'm not as familiar with, but I believe he's also treated as fairly uber in Marvel.
