Uncanny X-Force vs. Code Red

Wolverine
Fantomex
Deathlok Prime
Psylocke
Archangel

vs.

Rulk
Elektra
Deadpool (couldn't put him on both teams lol)
Punisher
Crimson Dynamo (incarnation from Hulk series that fought Warren, but after Ross gave him some Stark tech)

deathlok could stop dynamo. fantomex could misdirect most (if not all of them) of them. wolverine has shown he can cut rulk. x force wins, but just barely.
