Even with everyone on her team's powers, she can still be defeated. Especially with a GL on the case.
In this case, her teammate's powers don't add too well. Put them all together and you have Colossus with claws, the ability to shoot lightning bolts, charge stuff, and psychics. Still no flight or superspeed. She can't use the psychics and fight physically at the same time. Colossus with claws is still no match for most of the opposition.
Rogue would need someone getting careless to get enough of a JLAer's power to matter, and the JLA has no reason to get careless.

Careless? Hard for most of these guys to fight without touching the person they are punching. All she needs to do is last long enough to touch Supergirl or manhunter one time and she'd have enough power to get to the rest.
And she does have flight. Rogue, Storm and Jean all have their own flight (Classic Rogue anyway)
