I'm sure he can do better, but he's always been pretty variable.. Luke's been more consistently mid tier, knocking down Nefaria with a big punch, manhandling a character that was kicking Danny Rands ass (Same character dropped Fat Cobra to his knees, too)...

Hyde gotten stronger since he match up with Young Avengers, dosing on some sort of drug, but I'm unsure if Thunderbolt is following up on it or totally forgotten about it.

I say Hyde for now.
