glare Nobody EVER insinuated that he was another person physically.
However, mentally, emtionally, and as far as his connection to the Force goes, he was different, and not by a small margin either. It's something like when Neo finally realized that he was 'the One' in the The Matrix.

"Another person" is definitely the previously mentioned accusation.
And of course he's different in several manners, of which I and the reast of us have already touched base on.
Is he another person? No. Is he different? YES!
I think this would be an awesome fight, but Anakin will ultimately lose. Why? Even though he was too much for Dooku in sabers and absolutely schooled the Count, the fight with Marek will most certainly take a different turn.
As soon as Marek will realize that he has no chance in sabers (actually he may not even go for a saber fight, but rather rely on his force powers) then Anakin is up for some serious force whooping.
So in a scenario in which this fight starts as a force contest Marek’s raw power will ultimately overcome Anakin.
^ Problem is its unclear how good Zone/ROTS Anakin was with the force.
But we do know how awsome Dooku is with the Force and ROTS Anakin made his knowledge of the Force a Joke or useless or something like that.
Not sure if that was because Anakin was just too fast and powerful for Dooku in Sabers, or because Anakin was too Powerful to be affected by Dooku's Force attacks..
