I'm tempted to say Parallactus wins, but ZH Parallax's power is difficult to compare to Marvel abstracts. Eh...could see it going either way really.

The fear parasite mixed with G would probably be pretty uber, considering Spectre couldn't outright exorcise it from Hal, and didn't want to fight it.
