even if I did get lucky, you need a name, security code, and most cards have a password these days, afaik
I wouldn't go giving out credit card numbers, but I think you need more than that. A name even, if you want to call the company to try and get the other details (oh, I lost my card, forgot my password, was the wife's job, we're separated, oh, please, I need to get my water turned back on.. etc)
