Potentially a Forum-Zoom should be absurdly powerful. But even in a Forum fight we should look how they are portrayed in comics and I think that a High Herald or a group of 2-3 High Heralds would be the best matchup Zoom can hope to get. Except if he gets some new 眉ber-feats that put him on Skyfather+ Level, which i highly doubt.

A high herald? Superman was a statue next to him. Flash and Zoom are broken on the forums, but in comics they suffer from severe watering down, as said in the rules. However, people shouldn't make up stories or anything.
