standard weapons can be included.

DC team for the win.

Every character on the DC team can take Punisher or Moon Knight for the majority, and no one on the Marvel team can beat Post Zero Hour Zal... so... yeah.

Val makes this unfair, imo.

Karate Kid punches everyone in the face.

Val and Midnighter destroy them quite fast. I actually wouldn't give good odds to the rest of the DC team.

Why no Iron Fist? He would even it out a bit

Takeout Punisher, add Iron Fist or Wolverine, and you have a more balanced fight.

As it stands, DC wins.

Bronze Tiger wouldn't be able to take Elektra, Cap, or Shang Chi.

edit: Honestly, neither would Batman. Deathstroke would do better, but he still has to circumvent Elektra's more exotic tricks and Shang's amping.

But yeah, KK and Midnighter make it unfair.
