Mogo doesn't really have much in the way of combat feats, but it is an f'ing planet and was stated to be the most powerful GL, so I've got to agree with Galan here

I could make a good argument for Thor winning but Mogo as far I've seen is treated above Herald level and so on. It's like taking on other powerful Trans level characters. The top high end Heralds can and probably would win eventually in a comic, but they'd either have to be having a good day, cutting loose or using some outside/indirect interference to their advantage.

Could have saved myself some time by just saying Mogo wins on average.

He also one-shotted a Guardian, and RL Guy (who had previously been steamrolling through Kyle, Miri, Wog, etc.)

Thor might be able to win a few, but it would require him utilizing a level of uberness we rarely ever see.
