Yoda would defeat Dooku, but it would not be easily accomplished (Yoda would be working quite hard to win), and it would take a fair amount of time. Mace, on the other hand, would destroy Maul with ease. So it essentially comes down to a tired Yoda vs. a nearly-fresh Mace -- giving Mace the better odds... OR Mace trounces Maul well before Yoda defeats Dooku, thus turning it into a 2 on 1 scenario in favor of team 1.

Yeah, I'll go with team uno here.

Dooku could hold off Yoda long enough for Mace to mop the floor with Maul. Then Dooku and Mace finish off Yoda.
