I haven't seen either movie in a while but I remember a scene towards the end on an island with Arnold dual-wielding Uzis and kicking ass.

Mills is likely more skilled but Arnold is stronger and has some skill of his own. It could go either way here.

I think Tasker might be too much for Mills in the second scenario.
