Fight takes place inside of Alcatraz from The Rock.
Spawn is fully loaded with the weaponry from his movie.
Fighter begin at opposite ends.
Who wins?

Not really, both teams have a chance to wins depending upon their actions, a case can be made.

Not really. This isn't fair. Spawn doesn't need guns to destroy this group. Did you not see the film. The guy can shoot forms of energy, has a massive cape which he can control, a healing factor on par with Wolverine's, etc.

The only one that could pose a threat would be Wraith since he can teleport. But he'll die too as he's clearly the weakest fighter of the group.

Since they start on opposite sides you could actually bet on Weapon X locating Spawn first. If this does occur you could have Sabertooth and Wolverine engage Spawn close up and get tore up by his chains. and have Zero blast at his head while Spawn is busy dealing with the regenerators. During this have Dukes rush him and get lit up to no effect forcing Spawn to deal with him via the use of chains or magic which would require his full concentration. Weather the shots kill or stun spawn would not matter as it could buy time for Wraith to teleport Wilson behind him and cut his head off.

Doesn't Spawn die if someone cuts off his head?

going by the first post....nope.

They might not know, but sooner or later they'll try it when they see nothing else works.

I haven't seen Spawn in years, but what's so special about him? He has a HF, some cool chains, and he can turn his body into different shapes, oh and he can be invisible. All that's awesome, and he would win agains any of these guys but the whole team will be too much for him.

I haven't seen it a while as well but he was powerful

Spawn isn't dangerous in the beginning of the movie and the team would at that point take him with ease, but afterwards when Spawn gains control over his powers he is going to turn the team into michmeat, Wolverine and Sabertooth will survive longer because of their healing factor, but they isn't going to take down Spawn. If Spawn gets significantly bored or pressed he can hide himself inside his cape.
