Jakita's tough enough to survive getting knocked from orbit back to Earth. She's a legit mid range brick.

Bane with Venoms tough, but he's outmatched.

hourman is in the same ballpark, yet he couldnt rip bane as easily as you think he would.

Jakita doesn't play with kid gloves, Hourman does.

And Bane didn't even try fighting Hourman, until after his Miraclo wore off.

point is, both hourmen couldnt stop bane.

don't see bane being able to handle her speed. she's like a superfast, highly skilled THING, who's durability is likely greater than ben's. no way bane takes her. he might get in some shots, but she would def take him out imo.

She is definitely stronger and tougher and faster. The Planetary/Batman crossover did have Batman hold her off, but that was almost certainly her playing around.
