Stalemate them..

team dark Avengers= Ares, Sentry, Noh-Varr
all have basic gear, Noh-Varr from the 'dark avengers' so before his recent upgrade. no void, just normal ol 'golden boy' sentry.

the question here isnt who can beat them but what three characters can utterly stalemate them. drag the fight on until forever or they all die of exhaustion. someone to weak or to powerful wont work, so its upto you to figure out the right mix of characters to accomplish this.

so what 3-person lineup serves this purpose?

fight takes place in a evacuated Manhattan. the island is theirs to trash.

butterball, Adam Destine, colossus from earth 1031 as he's made of solid adamantium all the time.

This list is one of the weakest I could come up with and is basically capable of fighting till the end of time assuming no bfr. If bfr is on I'll swap colossus with cloak so he can bring his allies back as needed.

Dead Girl, Living Laser, Red Ghost.

Not a single person on the Avengers team can lay a hand on, literally, Red Ghost, or Dead Girl, or Living Laser (Living Laster is immaterial and Red Ghost and Dead Girl can turn intangible and stay that way forever if they want to). They are also immune to any type of BFR the Avengers team has.

They NEVER tire and they can keep it up forever. If they play nasty, they can even kill Team Avengers, but they would have to fight out of character.

I agree. Marvel Family, especially in their classic days would obliterate the DA, which isn't a stalemate.
