Taskmaster's downfall is that he doesn't really give a shit about winning fights or working hard, he is all about the quick fix and easy solution... but that wouldn't come up in a CISless forum match. This is a guy who stomped Cat nearly effortlessly and held his own against Steve and Bucky at the same time. A theoretical Taskmaster without CIS holding him back actually looking to beat his opponent should be able to beat Cass and Bruce, never mind Cass and Dick.
