Loki, for one. Any villain whose significantly versatile and doesn't have to engage in direct physical combat, I'd rather have Thor fight than Hulk. And as far as comics go, it's pretty obvious Thor fights a higher class of enemy than Hulk does.

Hulk would ruin Loki. I do agree on Thor facing higher class of Villians but if you look at it, Thor faces higher classes of Villians than any hero imo. No one fight the fight Thor does. Hulk would still crush him though. Thor needs to get a complete win over Savage first before facing WWH.

No, he wouldn't. Hulk literally can't do shit to Loki if Loki doesn't want to fight him. Loki has to fight down on Hulk's level to give him a sporting chance.
