Uh, I actually cannot remember any feats for Kid Goku at that time.

That said, I would wager Luffy is at least comparable physically, and being made of rubber gives him a huge advantage in a purely physical fight, as you have made.

We saw in the red ribbon arc that Goku sucks against rubbery opponents... I don't see how he could even hurt Luffy here.
