It's tough to think up a League based around the same general era that can be as cool as the original.
Old Era- And assuming it takes place before the original-
Sherlock Holmes. Has made an unholy pact to save the world though he will die soon after completion at the hands of an adversary.
Dracula. Under control of Holmes who sold his soul to gain such a weapon.
Wolfman. Under control by Gypsy Totem.
Frankenstein. Genius Level after time amongst civilisation.
Duncan MacLoud. Kicking ass.
I think the original were perfect shame about the film. Such trash. Even if it didn't have the set problems.
It should've been shot old school, like in Technicolor or something and given a real sense of age, class and sophistication.

Cameron: Cyberdyne Systems model unknown, after being repaired somehow after the removal of its brain it remains lonely and purposeless due to the disappearance of John Connor.
