Seriously, I think Aquaman take most of the majority for any version.

In theory, Aquaman should dominate utterly.
In practice, Cap's long history of upset victories should not be overlooked.
I'll say Aquaman 4/5 on that basis.

Aquaman is stronger and tougher by far, I don't see him losing this. He's not like Rhino, doesn't lose to ppl weaker than him.

Cap puts up a good fight, but loses ....especially if they are in any water whatsoever.

At the absolute best Cap might be able to do as well as Slade did against Aquaman. IE basically just be annoying and play the evasion game. Of course Cap doesn't have flashbang grenades...
