Good fight. Hard to say could really go anyway. I'd argue Blue Beetle is far more versatile but Dark Hawk might be stronger.
I'd lean towards Dark Hawk just because he is more experienced.
But they both have track records of beating opponents that are stronger than they are.
Jaime depends more on his suite though. Whereas Dark Hawk figures things out for himself
