Depends how Sinestro and Hal's auto-shields would hold up to a blitz from the speedsters. If their shields can hold up long enough for them to release some sort of omni-directional attack, they win. If not, they lose.

The fast people! Mostly to the fact that they know each other and each other strengths and weakness but I think it is the quick draw that wins the fight. That will be the flashs fight hard the instant the fight starts.
