Characters:Prep Stage:
Warlock interface with Professor; the A.I computer that runs Providence. This practically allowed him access to the schematics of Dominus Objective and Cone of Silence. He then momentary merge with Cable; rewrites the techno virus then infects it with his none aggressive form of virus program to be controlled by Cable, then they unmeld.
Cable utters the word," bodyslide by two", and Deadpool joins the fray, he then download the Professor into his cybernetic arm and takes the D.O and C.O.S.
Warlock creates the D.O and C.O.S via techno-morph integrated into his system and encase Darkness in a suit of armor that allow simultaneous access to they're inborn innate powers.
The now amalgamated Warlock/Darkness summoned thousands of Darklings from they're body; infected and clad in techno - virus armor.Everyone shields up.
Attack Strat:
Everyone Scans via TP , bio-scan or shadow..
Once opponents are located we proceed the attack with long range TP, Technopathic and TK by God Cable..
Warlock can also attack via technopatic or techno - virus infection while Deadpool waits for an opportunity to deliver a clear kill shot..
Darkness uses hellfire blast or shadow portals to separate/bfr some of the opponent on the field so as to tag team and to take them out one at a time..
The masses of summons can be use as cannon fodder to keep the opponent busy..

The Cone of Silence is a malleable personal grav-metric force field that simulates tk..
The temporary melding of Cable/Warlock allowed them access/share they're memories and experience.
The techno - virus recoding accesses Cable's full potential.
Darkness is in a suit of techno organic armor.
The summoned Darklings are also infected and in armor of techno organic.

On board of Bunny, Manchester Black’s dimension-hopping ship in the Bleed (traveling to past or another universe is banned, but nobody so far has forbidden having the 15 minutes of prep on the ship in hyperspace)The Bunny is a Carrier’s rip-off , travelling in Bleed (DC version of hyperspace). Bleed basically bleeds with magical energies, and Meggan is really good at absorbing AND metabolising them. That's what happens when she's well-fed on magic energy.

In fact, Meggan can solo BOTH Darkness and Cablock amalgam. Not both at the same time, of course, but Ambient, darling, your matchup is almost as bad as your last one.
Darkness is the first priority, through, so Manchester Black clinches with Cablock in TP combat, preventing him from use of ANY of his powers other than TP (“Emma Frost vs Exodus" style), Chase uses his timespace-warping powers to kill any darklings that come close, and Meggan does the following:

Radiates bright light all over the battlefield, effectively putting Darkness at disadvantage. In fact, that (and TP assault on Cablock) are the things we do at the very first second of entering the match.

Uses her empathic powers to disorient the hell out of Darkness Force just like she does here with Phoenix Force. Not to pull it away, but confuse.
3. Uses her elemental powers to KO the now-powerless Mr Estacado.Once Jackie is dealt with, Meggan is free to help Black with Cablock. She can screw with Phalanx’ lifeglow.

Another thing that he had not foreseen is the Professor within Cable. While both God Cable and Manchester Black is lock into TP battle the professor can access the tech; D.O, C.O.S and warlock's techno-virus for technopathic, gravametric and techno - virus infection to the now defenseless body of Manchester..
Meggan:
Radiate bright light will not work this time against the Darkness and Darklings as they are protected by a techno - organic armor courtesy of Warlock.. And since Meggan wouldn't be amp in this match, I doubt she could radiate the whole battle field which then only gives more shadow to the field allowing Darkness to use --
