Cyborg Superman Vs Mr. Majestic

This isn't your usual fight. This is a prep war, since both of these guys are vastly intelligent. Who wins?

What's the duration of the prep time?

1. One day.
2. one week.

1. Could go either way, really.
2. Hank, imo.

Majestic in both. A week of prep for him might as well be a century.

Henshaw sweeps. Both are good fights.
