'Superior' is somewhat subjective. Kryptonians naturally tend to higher power.
Which has the better technology is, I'd say, the Kherubim. Even to Majestic, the tech is rather useful. Stuff like gauntlets to let him move planets, the World Engine which can Kheranform a planet, etc..
